Sad to announce the death of Marlene Cooper at her care home in Ollerton. 

Marlene was a member of AFNS and then ReUNION after the death of her husband Gary, previously a NUPE National Officer.

In memory of longstanding member George who sadly died recently.  A tribute to one aspect of George's many contributions

This year's annual meeting will be held on 24/25 October.

The venue will be the Hillscourt Conference Centre near Birmingham.  Details of the event and how to reserve your place will be posted on the Events calendar in June and sent by email to all members.

There has been a delay by UNISON in circulating the letter to all retirees that would effectively launch ReUNION.  We are working on that, but meantime we welcome 9 new members who have all joined online since 1 April:

We have recently learned of the deaths of the following members: H Davis from Cleveland, Jack Thomas an Area Officer from the North West, Shirley Vint from Plumstead, Gloria Weston from the North West, Ann Kenton from Bexley and David Wild, an Area Officer from Yorkshire who played a major role on the NUPE Staff Association.   We have also learned of the death, earlier in March, of Ken Curran an Area Officer from the Yorkshire region.  Our thoughts are with them and their families.
